Who is responsible for your data?

CAS DORINE (EI), trading as Ineia Équilibre, 79 chemin de Chênecieux, 88470 La Voivre, France. For personal data enquiries and requests to exercise your rights, email [email protected].

1. Personal data collected

Information needed to respond to enquiries, arrange bookings and issue invoices may include your name, contact details, chosen service, appointment details and payment status. Payment card information is processed by a secure payment provider rather than stored directly by Ineia Équilibre.

2. Personal data collected when booking

When booking an appointment, Ineia Équilibre collects the information needed to organise and manage sessions, including clients’ contact details and booking information.

This information is used to manage appointments, communicate with clients and handle the administrative aspects of the services provided.

3. Purposes and legal bases

Data is used to handle enquiries and appointments, provide booked services, manage payments and invoices, comply with legal obligations and respond to enquiries. The relevant legal basis depends on the purpose, including performance of a contract, legal obligations and legitimate interests.

4. Recipients

Depending on the feature used, data may be processed by Cloudflare (site hosting, forms, Turnstile security and D1 storage), OVHcloud (domain names and Zimbra email), Cal.com (bookings), Stripe (payments) and Brevo (transactional emails). Accounting providers may also be involved where necessary. Data shared with each provider is limited to what its service requires.

Some of these providers operate internationally. Depending on the services used and their configuration, personal data may be processed outside the European Economic Area. For information about the providers’ applicable safeguards and processing locations, please contact [email protected].

5. Retention periods

Enquiries, bookings and correspondence are kept only for the time needed to handle them and to comply with any applicable legal or evidential obligations. Accounting records and supporting documents are retained for the statutory period, generally 10 years for accounting records. Retention periods set by third-party providers depend on their services and configurations; for further details, contact [email protected].

6. Your rights

Subject to applicable law, you may request access, rectification, deletion, restriction or portability, and object to certain processing. Contact [email protected]. You may also lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority, the CNIL.

7. Cookies and third-party services

The site is not intended to use advertising trackers. Any analytics or third-party content requiring consent must be configured accordingly before activation.

8. Security

Appropriate precautions are taken to protect personal data against unauthorised access, loss or disclosure.
